"When you sell a home and purchase a new one you need an expert in the current market, an advocate for you, a skilled negotiator and even a therapist to just listen. Sara is all of these. She knows the right price points on both sides of the transaction. She launched a pre-market Facebook campaign followed by extensive industry postings. She then followed up with a very well organized 2-day open house that resulted in finding a buyer for our home. She moved our home in less than two weeks!! Sara and her support team are professional, thorough, effective, and very easy to work with. "Sara helped me and my wife to find our new condo. She arranged the showing and guided us through the initial steps of making an offer. She also organized the inspection then negotiated on our behalf all the things that the seller needed to address. She made sure the seller removed furniture and other stuff we did not want. Finally, she provided us with very useful information about the area, including contact info for contractors we may need for minor projects. Since we did most of the process remotely, via messages, phone or email, it was extremely helpful and gratifying to work with Sara. She responded instantly to any questions or requests from us, regardless of the time of the day or day of the week. The entire process, up until the closing, was quick and smooth, and we are convinced Sara deserves a lot of credit for that. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend her to our best friends."

She came up with a selling strategy that included timing, cosmetic updates, buyer segmentation and offering price She got us ready for the open house and worked it like a pro, answering questions, selling the attributes of the house, and working all potential buyers on a very busy open house. When multiple offers came in she guided us on the evaluation and orchestrated a winning “last and final” bid , resulting in a sale that was wayyyy over asking price. Sold in 4 days. Sara did all of this with a giant smile and an uplifting positive spirit. If you want a true professional, Sara should be your choice!"

"Sara is absolutely the BEST agent that I could have possibly been paired with! As a first-time home buyer, we had a ton of questions, and were quite often like a deer in the headlights. Today’s market is EXTREMELY competitive and fast moving, but Sara was able to provide excellent guidance with each property that we viewed, and each bid that we submitted. We had an unconventional loan that did not have the traditional 20% down, but she was still able to create bids for us that were clean & competitive against a lot of buyers that were more cash heavy. In fact, this ability, and her professionalism interacting with all of the various parties (selling agent, lawyers, mortgage lender, etc…), played a key role in us winning of the property that we now own.
